Mara Sanaga adds a good portion of magical realism to post-migrant literature in Germany while at the same time sharing new narratives that include Afrogerman history and stories. She also writes poetry, essay, concepts, love letters and shopping lists.
In her other life she creates recipes and nutrition advice. Inbetween, before and after and above all she is a mother, berliner, Bamileke, water and red soil.
